"People really need to stop freaking out about spelling. Like forreal haha. Who cares? As long as everyone understands, it's not a big deal. Nobodys perfect enough to spell everything right so everyone calm down. Sorry about all the harrasment your getting lol."

yeah, i don’t really get the big deal if all i’m doing is switching around a couple letters by accident ….

"Yup, "spelt" is a word. Differences between English and Americanlish ftw.
But seriously, can we just end this debate and get back to the important thing, the Harry Potter?
(And maybe just make sure you spell the names right from now on, just in case. XD)"

lol i try, but sometimes i’m doing like 10 of these in 20 minutes.

"@wickedlovelywords: British vs American spelling. Spelled vs spelt, learned vs learnt, gray vs grey, etc... You can see it even when you switch between types of English in the spell checker."

lol omg i had this exact same thing going on my other blog.

"It wasn't an insult against your blog man. I was just saying, spending two seconds to make sure you spelt at least the names right isn't that big a deal.

And we're all bitter we didn't get our letter, bitch. ;D"

"People need to get a sense of humour.
Who cares if something was spelt wrong?
We all follow the blog because we love Harry Potter, who's arsed of there are a few spelling mistakes?
Clearly you have nothing better to do with your time than to nitpick at others, I dont see you taking the time out of your life to create a blog like this?
Do you think "JK herself" would be proud of someone putting people down for their spelling mistakes? or for someone taking time out of their lives to dedicate a blog to her lifes work?
Dont know the girl but im pretty sure of that answer.

You are clearly just a muggle, bitter they never got a letter ;)"

lolol thank you. and it’s not like i just laugh when i make a spelling mistake; i feel kinda stupid like any normal person. but like i stated in  the description, i won’t fix it unless it’s something that would make the post harder to understand. :)

"They don't teach English at Hogwarts, no. Because British children are taught to be able to spell correctly by eleven years old. As most kids should be. It only takes a couple of seconds to spell-check the words that REAL fans would be capable of spelling correctly.
This blog is amazing, but the misspellings are disappointing. J.K herself wrote all the books in fullhand, even her first drafts. She didn't shorten anything or use abbreviations. Can't we do her proud and at least TRY to spell correctly?"

lol dude it’s tumblr. i know how to spell, i’m sure even you spell even the easiest words wrong sometimes.

"You should proof read more often. So far you've misspelled "Hagrid" and "Fleur"."

i can’t help that i’m part of the spellcheck generation and that i’m using a program that doesn’t have such a thing on it. and i mean come on, fleur’s not the easiest thing to spell anyways.
